Eli Mora

From problem
to product.

Eli Mora, product and design engineer.

Selected outcomes

  1. Blueprint in a browser and on two phones against a green grid: an answer about a stalled bench press with its charts, gym mode showing 350 lb for 3 reps, and a session summary of what the rules decided.
    Independent concept

    AI-assisted training web app

    Blueprint

Lifters run great programs out of forum posts, PDFs and spreadsheets, then do the progression math in their heads mid-workout.

    Deployed, installable web app

Program import, a rule engine, offline gym mode, history Q&A and week-by-week adjustments, live as a public demo.

  2. The Juiced concept's homepage on a laptop and a phone against a lemon-yellow backdrop: the headline “Good energy. Bottled.” beside orange, red and green Juiced bottles.
    Independent concept

    Storefront redesign

    Juiced

An independent storefront concept that brings a local juice brand's retro-mod identity online.

    Interactive concept

Flavor discovery, a visual six-pack builder, and bag review in a responsive front-end experience.

How I build

  1. Understand

What is the problem, who has it, and what is solving it worth?

  2. Shape

Flows and structure first, tested while changing them is still cheap.

  3. Build

I build what I design, so the decisions survive contact with real code.

  4. Measure

What people actually do with it becomes the next problem.

I use AI to move through this loop faster. The judgment about what to build, and when it's good enough, stays mine.

How I built this site

Currently

I work as a UI/UX Associate. Most of my attention right now goes to the part of the job that starts once the design file is done.

That means building the interfaces I design, learning where product decisions actually get made, and getting close enough to the numbers to know whether the work did its job.
